Short and medium-term MICRO projects
We design and implement our work with the use of ‘micro-projects’ - short-to-medium term projects allowing full implementation and embedding of a solution into our client’s business. We track each project using tools, allowing full visibility to the client, to ensure we are on track and can pivot quickly if required, remaining agile in our approach.

All our clients have assets, whether static or rotating, each with an operating philosophy and an expected life cycle. These different assets need varying degrees of management, some more than others. At this end of the asset health continuum, we take a pragmatic approach and instil the fundamentals of basic asset management.
This approach forms the foundation of sound asset health and asset management principles. We do it by conducting a FMECA or building on top of an existing RCM library. This becomes the library of failure modes each asset can experience, and what strategies can be adopted to mitigate against these failures. It is always getting updated as the organisation grows and learns

For the assets with failure modes that can be predicted and monitored due to their criticality, sparing, etc., we implement Asset Health monitoring. For failure modes that cannot be predicted, other maintenance strategies are implemented.
Asset Health is more than just condition monitoring. If done poorly, it is just more ‘information’ that site teams don’t know how to act upon or don’t trust. It’s just more ‘noise’.
Robust asset health protocols are the effective movement of asset condition data from collection and analysis, through to informed maintenance actions and optimised maintenance plans, building on top of the ‘Asset’ phase of this continuum.

Asset Health Systems
We establish and operate integrated Asset Health Systems to facilitate the flow of good asset and health data. Data flows to the right places in creative and interesting ways such as via 3D spatial platforms and other integrated systems.
This end of the maturity continuum captures not only Asset Health information, but incorporates much of our client’s existing maintenance data, leading to its most effective use in maximising the reliability and availability of the assets.
It closes the Asset Health ‘loop’ and creates a system that improves over time; by updating and refining the RCM library. This helps our clients become a learning organisation and better understand their assets and associated failure modes, making them better equipped to avoid these failures in the future.
